On June 12, the National American School (NAS) in Zahle, presented the result of its first year of taking on an ambitious project of communicating the
remarkable various facets of Zahle’s History to the Diaspora and to anyone interested in knowing beyond what the news communicate.
“Zahle and Lebanon are far more than a media machete!” said the teachers and students.
Zahle is full of human and institutional richnesses that the world ignores because of continuous negative news…
This project is a three years project and the produced exhibition will be digitized. The first phase this year focused on Zahle’s
general history and on religious, health and main touristic sites and institutions.
