A conference on the “purification of memory” for the sake of national reconciliation, organized by Antelias Eparchy
In the anniversary of the break-out of the Lebanese Civil War in April 2023, TASC founder was a guest speaker during conference organized by the diocese of Antelias, on the theme of “purification of memory”. TASC’s contribution was focused around the role of education and educators in dealing with the wounds of the past and in sharing their own narratives as well as helping others to verbalize their narratives… all with the aim of contributing to the transitory justice. “Educators, as well as the people in media are the main shapers of minds and mentalities, and hence have a great responsibility in this regard”.
