On June 1, TASC organized and hosted a third round of the Trust Circles.
This third day of trust building explored the Healing the Wounds of the Past and was an eye opener on how many life-shaping events for some, were totally unknown to others…
We wrote what marked us most and shared in depth, using the fishbowl method and several other approaches to help us express with accuracy and precision.
The fishbowl method is a group discussion technique where a small inner group discusses a topic while a larger outer group observes and listens, often taking notes. After a set time, the groups switch roles or the outer group engages in a debriefing session to ask questions and share their observations, promoting active listening, critical thinking, and balanced participation in large groups.
