On June 5, St. Georges Syriac Orthodox School of Zahle concluded this year’s series of Community Service Activities. The students received multiple formations on Sustainable Agriculture, especially with the growing fears about water and food shortages. The formations culminated in a practicum where students applied their learnings.
This project is just the beginning of a new approach of learning the school is engaging in, where students combine theory with practice and involvement in real-life problem solutions.
