On November 17, all teachers of St. Joseph School – Kornet Chehwan got to meet TASC founder.
They have been introduced to the vision of Teachers as Agents of Social Change and its mission of teachers’ empowerment as catalysts of sustainable change.
The teachers were intrigued by the new way of bringing up the centrality and the gravity of their role as educators. They were given multiple examples in this regard and were invited to engage with TASC in a path where they receive further training on the integration of Virtues in the curricula, as well as in a path of Purification on Memory to become Agents of Reconciliation and Reform.As the teachers expressed clear interest in a follow-up, the detailed agenda for future meetings with all teachers on Virtues or with a core group on Purification of Memory, will be built with the school administration.
