On November 13, the second general meeting with the teachers of the Kobayat School took place. The training included the deepening of the concept of trust building, the practice of the first quiet time, and the first sharing. The second part of the training included an introduction to the Virtuous Leadership where teachers got to differentiate between the biological temperament and the character that the Will contributes to build through adherence to Virtue. The teachers said “this was the first time they realize the reason behind their dynamics of relations in their families, but also in the school with their colleagues”. The teachers were then given a series of questions to help them discover more deeply who they are, in an attempt to start building their own narratives.
