Jany Saade is a civil engineer who is pursuing a degree in Social Innovation for Sustainable Development. An enthusiastic advocate for social justice and human dignity, she believes in the transformative power of quality education and the crucial role of local communities in driving sustainable change and lasting peace. Jany knew IofC through her dad, and recently became an active member of IofC Lebanon. She participated in the IofC trust circles since the beginning of the uprising in Lebanon in 2019, and gave exceptional help after the Beirut Port explosion in 2020, putting both her engineering knowledge and her emotional advanced intelligence at the service of those in need. She facilitated the IofC Hackathon and is part of the team for re-initiating the trust circles.
