Ghiwa Fakhry is a social and environmental activist who has experience working and receiving training with Adyan foundation. She has worked extensively in peacebuilding and reconciliation, and currently serves as the Project Officer with Peace Labs NGO in partnership with UN Women in a project focused on preserving the memory of the Lebanese war through stories of women who lived through it. She organized with IofC Lebanon, multiple sessions fostering dialogue, and reconciliation. With a background in international affairs and a minor in conflict resolution, Ghiwa adopts an interdisciplinary approach to her work. She has coordinated and produced projects across various sectors, including rural development, youth mentoring, and empowerment. Her dedication to blending art, nature, and activism offers a holistic perspective while maintaining a strong commitment to social and environmental change.
